optical-censorship, or subtitles (Indicated as SUB, JSUB, CSUB).
Defects must be reported within fourteen (14) days of ship date.
No RA's (return authorizations) will be issued after fourteen (14) days of ship date.
No package will be accepted without a valid RA# printed on the shipping label.
Shipping charges are not refunded. Return shipping charges & liability (loss/damage)
are the customer's responsibility (insurance highly recommended).
Insurance claims are subject to the terms and conditions of the carrier.

Therefore you may underpay, but you will never overpay for shipping*
*100% of the residual will be credited if the amount exceeds 99cents**
**Example... 37cent residual? No credit. $1.19 residual? $1.19 credit.
